Campus Workflow Automation

A set of automated workflow systems built with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate:

• College-wide online application: Replaced a manual, paper-based process with a centralized digital pipeline that the institution now depends on daily.
• Registered Nursing admissions: An application and rubric-based evaluation system for a new, competitive RN program, with eligibility logic and automated notifications.
• Certification ticketing and analytics: Automates exam registration and produces real-time reporting for Pearson VUE, Certiport, and Prometric exams, supporting district and state reporting.

Each system was designed with the staff who use it, so it holds up in daily practice.
